Spiritual Work While Creating Beauty

I grew up in Brooklyn, New York, and left for California as soon as I finished college. My mother was mentally ill though she was very creative. She made our clothes on an old black sewing machine, and knitted or crocheted while she watched TV and read a book.

I inherited her creative gene, and after my daughter was born, I made decorations, toys, clothes. I also helped to establish a childcare center with other parents.

I started my career in non profit social services, working to make life better for families in need. Seeking greater self-awareness, I followed my spiritual path where it would take me. After pursuing different ways to express my creativity, I discovered that I loved making  jewelry and used my skills to create unique handmade jewelry designs.
